My animals are here to greet you with warmth and say goodbye with love, although they aren't part of the actual session. They play a vital role in keeping my space energetically balanced and serve as gentle reminders for me to ground myself between sessions. These precious companions and healers hold a special place in my life and practice.

Similarly, Gongs are often described as beings of pure energy, each with its own unique personality and superpower. They are an integral part of my practice, and I feel it's important to introduce them as valued members of my team.

  • Sandy Gwaltney

    L.M.T., SOUND THERAPY PRACTIONER

Hi there! I’m Sandy—a nature enthusiast, animal lover, and live music aficionado. From a young age, music has been my healing sanctuary, so it’s no surprise that I’m deeply drawn to the therapeutic power of sound. At 19, I discovered massage therapy, unknowingly stepping into my life’s purpose and passion. Now, 25 years later, my fascination with the human body and biofield has only deepened. My new passion lies in the therapeutic use of sound and bringing that passion to as many souls as I can. My mission is to guide you back to your unique frequency, unlocking the innate healing potential within you.

  • Tala (means Red Wolf in Sioux)

    GUARDIAN AND GREETER

Meet our sweet and dedicated greeter, a pup who takes her job very seriously. Raised by my clients, she looks forward to welcoming you and helping you feel at ease before your session. A unique blend of husky and wolf, she's made entirely of pure love. I couldn’t ask for a better guardian for this space.

  • Kaya Biscuit (Kaya mean "Pure" in Hopi)

    STOIC RULER OF THE HOUSE
Though she may be the smallest, Kaya Biscuit is affectionately known as Queen Bee for good reason. This sweet Tabby is my personal healer and the guardian of the house's energy. Her intuitive nature allows her to sense when you need a little extra care, and her calming presence is often all you need.

  • Alo (means "Spirit Guide" in Hopi)

    SEER OF THE UNSEEN

This mystical munchkin, a black smoke Maine Coon, is my trusted sound healing partner. While he won’t join us in sessions, Alo has been an integral part of my sound education journey. He has a deep love for all things sound, always by my side for every strike of an instrument, and the perfect practice partner when I’m testing something new. True to his namesake, Alo embodies the essence of a spirit guide.

  • Lovella

Grotta Sonora 19” Hand Gong (Nickel / Silver)

I’ve long been captivated by the artistry of Grotta Sonora, an Italian gongmaker whose instruments produce extraordinary depth and resonance. My fascination led me to acquire my first gong, Lovella—a truly unique piece that I jokingly say was made by aliens. Imprinted with the Flower of Life, Lovella creates otherworldly overtones and resonates with the fundamental note of A. This note connects to the Third Eye chakra, enhancing intuition, clarity of thought, and awareness.

  • Bellamy

    28” Dark Wind Gong (Bronze)

My second acquisition, Bellamy, offers a warm depth that skillfully directs and controls vibration. I often imagine hearing the soothing depths of the ocean or the powerful gusts of a hurricane when I play it. With its unlathed edge, Bellamy manages crashes gracefully and helps maintain a centered focus. This gong resonates with the fundamental note of F, which aligns with the Heart chakra, fostering compassion, forgiveness, and understanding for oneself and others.

  • Rose

    Paiste 32” Brilliant Symphonic Gong

Finally, I acquired my Symphonic Gong, Rose, named in honor of my late grandmother. Symphonic gongs are known for their rich, complex sounds, and Rose is no exception—it will take time to fully explore the depth of her symphony. This gong’s deep overtones penetrate the system with ease, while its high tones evoke angelic resonances. It is tuned to the fundamental note of D, which aligns with the Sacral chakra, nurturing creativity, passion, and emotional expression.

  • Stephen Gwaltney

    INSPIRED SUPPORT

My husband and partner of 26 years, Stephen, has been a steadfast source of support and encouragement in my journey. When I refused to admit that technology and social media were necessary to expand outside of my bodywork practice and spent 20 years avoiding being found online, he persisted that I needed to embrace the tools at my disposal to get my SOUND out there.

As my marketing director, photographer, and tech educator, Stephen has played a critical role in helping me expand my practice. In 2020, he gifted me my first set of tuning forks, accompanied by the book "Tuning the Human Biofield: Healing with Vibrational Therapy" by Eileen Day McKusick. This thoughtful gift was the spark that ignited my passion for sound healing, and Stephen has continued to inspire and support my journey ever since. My gratitude for him is immeasurable.
